Jason Grinstead is CEO of Metasense Analytics. Previously, he was CEO of Care at Home, a California community-based healthcare provider that he sold to California elder care services company On Lok. He was also CFO of Health Integrated, a care management company that sold to EXL. Earlier in his career, Jason was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers, JP Morgan and UBS.
A strong believer in serving the communities in which we live and work, Jason serves on the board of directors of the AdventHealth Carrollwood Foundation, Waterchase Homeowners Association, and previously the California Association for Health Services at Home.
Jason has a Master’s degree from Oxford University and an MBA, with Distinction, from the Harvard Business School.
Rodger Karl is Chief Architect at Metasense Analytics. Previously, he co-founded Infosense Solutions, a successful healthcare data consulting company that provides the Metasense team with unparalleled insight into healthcare analytics customer pain points, trends and technologies. As a respected healthcare data science leader, Rodger is a subject matter expert in data architecture, engineering, integration and analytics.
Previously, Rodger held senior level healthcare data positions with Optum, Emdeon, WebMD, and United Health Group, and his consulting teams have helped BlueCross BlueShield, Amerigroup, and many other healthcare companies build cutting-edge data science platforms.
Rodger has degrees in Application Programming, Information Systems and Business Administration from Dakota State University, and completed graduate studies in Advanced Database Design at the Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
Co-Founder and Technology Advisor
Cisco is Vice President of Technology at Franklin Templeton Investments. Previously, he was Vice President of Software Engineering at Verisk Analytics. As CTO/CIO of Health Integrated, Cisco led that company’s transition to the secure cloud, integrated big data exchange with its health plan customers, scaled its call center, and architected its advanced analytics capabilities.
As a co-founder of three other SaaS / Cloud startups – two focused on medical imaging — Cisco is a subject matter expert in product vision and software engineering. Earlier in his career, Cisco worked at Consumer Reports, Qlusters, Kaplan and NASA.
Cisco has a BA in Philosophy and Physics from St Joseph’s University, and completed graduate studies in Entrepreneurship at Boston University.
Vice President of Product & Business Development
Mike is a healthcare executive with extensive experience in marketing, business development and product management. He has served in leadership roles providing vision and hands on execution for venture-backed, privately-funded and public healthcare technology and services organizations. While at Health Integrated, a technology-enabled population health management company (acquired by EXL Service), Mike held roles as SVP, Product Management, Marketing & Business Development, VP, Growth Operations and VP, Marketing & Strategic Partnerships.
Mike also had key positions at Guidant Corporation (a cardiovascular technology company acquired by Boston Scientific and Abbott Labs) in the minimally-invasive cardiac surgery, interventional cardiology and electrophysiology businesses, including launching products worldwide, earning a patent and implanting defibrillators. Mike also enjoyed roles in Guidant’s venture capital group and as a consultant with Accenture.
Mike has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSE in biomedical and electrical engineering from Duke University.

Tony Gauthier is Senior Client Advisor at Metasense. Prior to joining Metasense, Tony was a Business Development Executive with Bottle Rocket, a mobile application development company, as well as the co-founder and managing partner of Southtech Digital, a software, web and mobile application development firm based in Dallas, TX.
Previously, Tony held leadership positions with Digiflex, a software development firm in Atlanta, and Weather.com (a division of The Weather Channel) where he successfully managed a group of more than 30 individuals responsible for advertising product development and sales.
Tony holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY, and completed graduate studies in Advertising & Mass Communications at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
