Jason Grinstead
Jason was CEO of Care at Home, a home health agency that he acquired, built, grew and sold to On Lok, the pioneer of PACE (the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) and a leading supplier of elder care services in the San Francisco Bay Area. Jason successfully navigated Care at Home through the Affordable Care Act’s transitions that dramatically changed California’s healthcare delivery, payor and provider mechanisms.

After working as CFO of Health Integrated, a healthcare business services company specializing in outsourced care management, utilization management and analytics services for health plans, Jason co-founded Metasense to accelerate healthcare insights using Metasense’s unique combination of latest technology, AI advancements and proprietary data science methodologies.

Prior to working in healthcare, Jason was an M&A investment banker at Lehman Brothers, JPMorgan and UBS. He has an MA from Oxford University and an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School.  Jason graduated in the Leadership Tampa class of 2017.

Rodger Karl
Chief Architect

Rodger co-founded Infosense Solutions, a successful healthcare data consulting company that provides the Metasense team with unparalleled insight into healthcare analytics customer pain points, trends and technologies. As a respected healthcare data science leader, Rodger is a subject matter expert in data architecture, engineering, integration and analytics.

Previously, Rodger held senior level healthcare data positions with Optum, Emdeon, WebMD, and United Health Group, and his consulting teams have helped BlueCross BlueShield, Amerigroup, and many other healthcare companies build cutting-edge data science platforms. Rodger has degrees in Application Programming, Information Systems and Business Administration from Dakota State University, and completed graduate studies in Advanced Database Design at the Minnesota Carlson School of Management.

Francisco Perin
Co-Founder and Technology Advisor

Cisco is Vice President of Technology at Franklin Templeton Investments. Previously, he was Vice President of Software Engineering at Verisk Analytics. As CTO/CIO of Health Integrated, Cisco led that company’s transition to the secure cloud, integrated big data exchange with its health plan customers, scaled its call center, and architected its advanced analytics capabilities.

As a co-founder of three other SaaS / Cloud startups – two focused on medical imaging — Cisco is a subject matter expert in product vision and software engineering. Earlier in his career, Cisco worked at Consumer Reports, Qlusters, Kaplan and NASA. He has a BA in Philosophy and Physics from St Joseph’s University, and completed graduate studies in Entrepreneurship at Boston University.

Cynthia Rogers
Vice President of Marketing

Cynthia is a strategic marketing innovator, executive for divisions of public and private companies, and three-time entrepreneur who has led Fortune, venture and privately funded startups. She served as President/COO of Saatchi &Saatchi’s interactive division, President/COO of B2B SaaS software provider EMarketplaces, Inc., Managing Director of Avon Lifedesigns, Managing Director of the Worldcom Group, Strategy Director for Razorfish and SVP Client Solutions for Moxie/Publicis.

Focused on customer-centric innovation, Cynthia’s experience in healthcare and technology runs large to small, from innovating customer support and engagement programs for a major payer like Humana, to product and services innovation for a niche growth company like ShareWIK, recently acquired by Merck, as well as strategic capabilities partnerships with institutions like Johns Hopkins and Cleveland Clinic. She has a BA in Design from the University of Tennessee, and serves on the Advisory Board and as an Entrepreneur in Residence for the University of Tampa’s Lowth Entrepreneurship Center.

Mike Miniati

Product & Business Development

Mike is a healthcare executive with extensive experience in marketing, business development and product management.  He has served in leadership roles providing vision and hands on execution for venture-backed, privately-funded and public healthcare technology and services organizations.  While at Health Integrated, a technology-enabled population health management company (acquired by EXL Service), Mike held roles as SVP, Product Management, Marketing & Business Development, VP, Growth Operations and VP, Marketing & Strategic Partnerships.

Mike also had key positions at Guidant Corporation (a cardiovascular technology company acquired by Boston Scientific and Abbott Labs) in the minimally-invasive cardiac surgery, interventional cardiology and electrophysiology businesses, including launching products worldwide, earning a patent and implanting defibrillators.  Mike also enjoyed roles in Guidant’s venture capital group and as a consultant with Accenture.

Mike has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSE in biomedical and electrical engineering from Duke University.
